We encourage you to consider retaining your de-identified health data to support ongoing important research, even if you no longer wish to be contacted for future studies.

Why retain your data?

By choosing to retain your de-identified health data:

  • You contribute to ongoing research that can lead to better health outcomes for the community.
  • Your data, without personal identifiers, remains valuable for researchers to identify patterns and improve health interventions.

Option 1: Retain de-identified health data but delete my contact details

  • What this means: Your personal and contact details will be removed from our database, ensuring you will not be contacted for future studies. However, health information (without your name or contact details) will be retained for future important health research. Please note that this is anonymised data which cannot identify you.

Option 2: Destroy all information collected about me.

  • What this means: All personal identifiers and de-identified health data will be permanently deleted and can no longer be used for research. You will not be contacted about future studies.
